The Customer acknowledges that Dial-A-Meal delivers food, beverages and other items obtained from third parties for, and on behalf of the Customer. Accordingly, Dial-A-Meal accepts no responsibility for the quality OR quantity of any goods delivered, or for any typographical errors whatsoever. Dine-in prices are lower than illustrated. The minimum order per restaurant is N$100. Depending on distance and waiting time at restaurants, the driver will collect and deliver your order to you within approximately 45 minutes. Regrettably, not all restaurant specials are available for delivery. All orders will incur a delivery fee. Prices and trading hours are subject to change at the restaurant owner’s discretion, kindly take note that orders will not be accepted 30 minutes prior to closing times. All amounts are in Namibian Dollars and include VAT. Liquor beverages will not be for sale to persons under the age of 18 years. Cash, Debit/Credit Cards and Adumo online payments are accepted. Kindly note that once an online payment has successfully been processed, refunds are not possible. Please ensure that your order is correct before proceeding to the online payment portal. Should an item you ordered not be available, the Operator will contact you to confirm a replacement item to the same value.
